1. Tick all the values that are important to you. If there are values not on this list that are important to you, then add those to the list and tick them. 

2. Go through those selected and now double tick ten of them that are more important than the others.

3. Go through the double ticked ones and put a star next to five of them that are your non-negotiables on how you lead your life.
